OXVA Xlim Pro 3 Pod Vape Kit

A refillable vape kit is a rechargeable device you top up yourself from a bottle of e-liquid. Unlike prefilled pod kits, the pod arrives empty. You choose the flavour, choose the nicotine strength, and refill the pod as often as you need. Refillables cost less to run per millilitre than prefilled equivalents once you count the bottled nic salt or shortfill.
This collection lists the fully refillable pod kits at Local Supplies. Prefilled and big-puff refillable-hybrid kits sit in the main vape kits range. All devices are UK TPD compliant, using 2ml pods and 20mg nic salt maximum. Sold to adult vapers aged 18 and over.
At a glance:
- Refillable pod kits from OXVA and Uwell in the collection
- 2ml refillable pods, topped up from a 10ml bottle of nic salt
- USB-C charging on both devices
- Compatible with 10mg or 20mg nic salt e-liquid
- Cheaper per millilitre than prefilled pods over daily use
- For adult vapers aged 18 and over only
Refillable pod kits currently in stock
- Uwell Caliburn G4 Pro KOKO Pod Vape Kit, £20.99 KOKO body with a top-fill 2ml refillable pod. Draw-activated and button-fire. Uses replaceable UN2 coils rather than the single-piece pod style, so you keep the pod and swap only the coil when it wears out.
- OXVA Xlim Pro 3 Pod Vape Kit, £20.99 Latest of the Xlim series. 1200mAh battery, USB-C charging, adjustable airflow ring and a Type-C fast-charge port. Runs the OXVA Xlim V3 top-fill pod range in 0.6ohm and 0.8ohm.
For refillable kits from other brands, the OXVA and Uwell parent pages carry the full range, and the following brand hubs list every refillable kit currently in stock:
- Vaporesso vape kits, home of the XROS 3, XROS 4, XROS 5, XROS 6, XROS Mini and Luxe X Pro
- Geekvape kits, running the Sonder Q, Sonder Q2 and Sonder Q3 refillable range
- VOOPOO vape kits, covering the Argus family and PnP platform
- Aspire kits, including the GoTek X, GoTek Pro and GoTek series
Refillable versus prefilled
The core trade-off is cost against convenience. A prefilled pod kit arrives with the flavour already in the pod. You clip it on, wait for the wick to soak, and vape. A refillable kit hands you the choice of flavour, strength and format, and rewards a bit of patience with a lower running cost.
A 2ml refillable pod topped up from a 10ml bottle of nic salt costs, on average, about a third of what the equivalent volume of prefilled pods would cost. It takes practice to fill without air bubbles and to prime a fresh coil, but once you have the routine down the kit becomes a set-and-forget purchase for months.
Coils, pods and airflow
Refillable pod kits use either an integrated-coil pod (the coil sits inside the pod) or a coil-in-pod system where the coil head unscrews from the pod housing. Both platforms are represented in this collection.
Coil resistance is measured in ohms. A 0.8ohm to 1.2ohm coil in a pod kit gives a tight MTL draw and works well with 10mg or 20mg nic salt at 50/50 VG/PG. A 0.4ohm to 0.6ohm coil opens the draw up and works with higher VG e-liquid. When a coil starts tasting burnt or dull, replace it. Coils and pods sit in the coils and tanks and vape pods collections.
E-liquid for a refillable pod kit
Most refillable pod kit users pair their device with a 10ml bottle of 20mg nic salt or 10mg nic salt. Both formats are 50/50 VG/PG, which is what MTL pod coils are tuned for. For higher-VG vaping in a sub-ohm-capable device, the shortfills range covers 50ml and 100ml 0mg bottles that you boost with a nic shot.

Frequently Asked Questions
A refillable vape kit is a rechargeable device with an empty pod or tank that you fill yourself from a bottle of e-liquid. Unlike prefilled pod kits, you choose the flavour, strength and VG/PG ratio.
Take the pod out of the device. Open the fill port on the side or top of the pod. Trickle e-liquid in slowly along the side of the pod, avoiding the central airway. Close the port, put the pod back, and wait three to five minutes before the first draw so the wick can soak.
The pod housing itself usually lasts one to two months. The coil inside, or the replaceable coil head, lasts one to two 10ml bottles of e-liquid depending on your wattage and the flavour.
For most pod kits at MTL settings, a 50/50 VG/PG nic salt at 10mg or 20mg. Higher VG shortfills suit only pod kits with a sub-ohm coil. Check the coil resistance in your kit before using a high-VG e-liquid.
Yes, over time. A 10ml bottle of 20mg nic salt typically costs around £3 to £5. That would give you the equivalent of five 2ml prefilled pods. The upfront cost of a refillable kit is higher but running cost is lower after the first month.
The taste dulls, or turns burnt. You may see less vapour or hear a spluttering sound when you draw. Change the pod or the coil head as soon as the taste turns. Vaping past a burnt coil is unpleasant and wasteful.
Yes. Every refillable kit stocked here uses a 2ml pod and is intended for use with nic salt at 20mg per millilitre or lower, in a 10ml bottle. Both limits match UK TPD retail rules.
Standard tracked delivery is one to two working days from dispatch. Full options are on the shipping page.
