Product Warranty

Hardware comes with a 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Exclusions include tanks, coils, and wicking material. Buyers have 48 hours from receipt to report faults. Charging cables and battery chargers have a 12-month warranty.

Batteries, Chargers & Variable Voltage Mods: 6-month guarantee covering manufacturer defects. We may refuse refunds if products are damaged by the customer.

Mechanical Mods: Intended for experienced users. Incorrect assembly damages are not covered.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

E-liquids & Drip Tips: Non-returnable for hygiene, unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days. Hardware can be returned if faulty under warranty. Contact customer service for RMA.

Atomisers: ‘Dead on arrival’ warranty applies within 48 hours of receipt.

Accessories: 28-day manufacturer guarantee.

General Information

Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration) are not covered. Faulty parts within warranty must be returned for inspection and replacement. E-liquid cannot be exchanged once purchased; proper storage is recommended.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, or fees not included in the product price. Buyers are responsible. UD is not liable for products seized or returned by customs.
