VM Coils vs PnP X Coils

VOOPOO uses several coil platforms, and the PnP name does not mean every coil will fit every PnP device.

VM coils belong to the original PnP coil range, while PnP X coils are part of a separate platform used with compatible newer devices. They should not be treated as interchangeable.

If you are replacing a coil, check the exact pod, tank and device specifications before selecting a replacement. Matching the coil platform is just as important as choosing the resistance.

How to Replace a VM Coil

Replacing a VM coil is a quick part of routine pod or tank maintenance.

1. Remove the Used Coil

Take the pod or tank off your device and pull out the used coil from its press-fit connection.

2. Fit the New Coil

Push the replacement VM coil firmly into position, ensuring it is seated correctly.

3. Fill with E-Liquid

Refill your pod or tank with your chosen e-liquid and give the new wick enough time to become saturated.

4. Start at a Lower Wattage
